Gentle Force
A metronome is heard. Two women stand, in first position, facing different directions at the opposite side of a portable ballet pole. They are wearing white ice hockey shoulder pads, salmon colored underpants and peach ballet point shoes. They move synchronized, to the rhythm of the metronome, along the ballet pole, through different basic ballet poses and forceful body shapes.
